Ingredients

3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 Cups Almond Meal/Flour
1 Cup Flaxseed meal
1/2 cup Garbanzo Bean (Chickpea) flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Coconut Milk
4 Large Eggs separated
Tips
If you don't want Garbanzo Bean flour, tapioca flour works too but the starch/carb content increases. I like to add 4 tsp of Italian seasoning to the top before baking.
Directions
Mix Almond meal, Flaxseed Meal, Garbanzo Bean flour, salt, and baking powder together, mix well. Beat Egg whites until stiff. Add eggs and milk to dry mixture and mix well. Fold in the eggs whites. Oil a 13" x 9" pan and pour mixture into pan. Smooth it so it is the same thickness. Top with olive oil. Bake in 400 degree F. oven for 20 minutes. Cut into squares.
