Introduction

Super High in Vitamin C, this is the perfect afternoon pick me up - especially on a hot day!

Use all frozen fruits to make this a thickshake/softserve consistency.

Use all frozen fruits to make this a thickshake/softserve consistency.

Ingredients

    250 g/ml cloudy apple juice
    200 g strawberries, frozen unsweetened
    100 g raspberries, frozen unsweetened
    1 medium banana, frozen

Tips

You may need to use the Thermomix' spatula/paddle, or your blender's tamper to continuously push the goop into the blades. It's like soft icecream consistency. Use thawed berries to make it a little more liquid if you like.


Directions

Place all ingredients into your Thermomix or High Speed Blender of choice.
1) Bring up to highest speed setting and keep it there for 2 minutes.
2) Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 Large Thickshake. Fits my Decor(TM) 750ml lidded shaker with perfection.
