    1/2 CUP Chickpeas (use lower sodium if possible)
    1/2 BAG (6 oz) Steam-able Broccoli Florets
    1/2 CUP Cooked Wild Rice (Lundberg's)
    1/2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
    1/4 TSP Black Pepper
    1/5 TBSP Olive Oil
    Seasonings to taste

Experiment with seasonings!! Try cumin, coriander, garam masala, garlic powder, Thai seasoning, Italian seasoning... whatever tickles your fancy that day.


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and microwave on 70% power for 2 minutes.
Alternately, can heat in small pot on stove for 3-4 minutes on medium heat or until heated through.
