Ingredients

    4 potatoes, cubed.
    1 onion diced.
    3 cloves garlic minced
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1.5 tsp cayenne pepper
    3 tsp curry powder
    3 tsp Garam masala
    1 large can tomato puree
    1.5 large can chickpeas
    1/2 pack frozen peas

Tips

easy to add extra pepper to spice it up a little


Directions

Cook potatoes & cauliflower till tender. Drain and set aside. in separate pan cook onions first, then add all spices. Allow to cook for 2 mins, then add all other ingredients and let simmer.
