Ingredients



    4 Chicken Thighs
    1.5 cups Carrots, sliced
    2 cups Celery, diced
    1.5 cups Onion, eighthed
    2 cups Potatoes, 1" diced
    1 1/3 cups Green Beans, cut
    2 cloves Garlic, diced
    8 cups Tap Water
    1 tsp. Ground Sage
    1 tsp. Ground Thyme
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

You may need to add additional water to the pot as it boils away.


Directions

Add water, chicken, sage, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper to a large stock pot. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Add carrots and celery and cook an additional 20 minutes. Remove chicken and shred meat. Return shredded meat to stock pot. Add potatoes, onion and green beans and cook an additional 20 minutes. Serve with noodles if desired.
