    1 lb Chicken Breast, Tyson Skinless Boneless
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1 tsp italian seasoning spice
    1 tsp garlic powder
    4 tsp Kraft reduced fat Parmesan Cheese
    Nonstick Olive Oil Spray
    2 Tbsp Sargento Parmesan Artisan Blend cheese


Cut the 1/2 chicken breast horizontally so you will end up with two thin pieces.
Spray pan with nonstick Olive oil spray.
Sprinkle 1/2 wheat germ, italian seasoning & garlic powder on pan. Place chicken in pan. Spray chicken with olive oil spray and sprinkle remaining wheatgerm and spices. Sprinkle with Kraft Reduced fat parmesan cheese. Bake in 400* oven about 20 minutes. Turn off oven. Sprinkle Sargento Parmesan cheese over, let stand 5 minutes (in oven)
