Ingredients

    2 small onions chopped
    Garlic diced (2-6 cloves)
    2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1 lb Conecuh or other Sausage cut into small pieces
    2 Cans Turnip Greens
    2 Cans Black Eyed Peas
    4 cups Chicken Broth
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Thyme
    1 tsp Paprika
    Salt
    Pepper


Directions

Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan, and saute the onions and garlic until soft.
Add sausage and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
