Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs sirloin beef cut into cubes
    1 small onion,finely diced
    1 cup finely diced celery
    1 cup finely diced carrots
    1 can low sodium beef broth 14.5
    1 46 oz bottle low sodium V-8 juice
    1 can no salt diced tomatoes 14.5 oz.
    1 can pinto beans 15.5 oz
    1 can Bush's Grillin' Beans Black Bean Fiesta 21 oz.
    1 can crisp white & yellow corn 11 oz.

Tips

You can serve this with your favorite toppings of sour cream, shredded cheese, or tortilla strips.
I made cornbread as my choice.


Directions

Spray bottom of Ninja cooking system with olive oil lightly. Gently brown the beef cubes on stovetop high setting.When braised ,add the beef broth and cook for an hour or so.Then add the diced tomatoes, diced carrots,onions, and celery along with the 46 oz. of V-8 juice.bring to a rolling boil and turn down to the stovetop setting of low.(I actually alternated my settings between high and low periodically to make sure it would cook quicker).after 2 hours check the meat and if tender then add the remaining ingredients of corn, pinto beans, and the black beans.Let cook for at least 30 more minutes.If not serving right away then set the Ninja on the warm setting.
