Ingredients

    2 cans Worthing Fri Chik, diced large
    2 C. celery sliced
    3 C. Cooked brown Rice
    2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 med. onion, diced
    1.5 C. Kraft Light Miracle Whip
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    1 C, sliced almonds

Directions

Mix all ingredients. May be topped with crushed canned French Fried onions or 1 C. crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 C. margarine.

Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 deg. F or until browned and bubbly
