Awesome Low Fat Chili Recipe With a Zip Awesome Low Fat Chili Recipe With a Zip
Number of Servings: 8


    1 Med Yellow Onion
    3-4 cloves garlic
    1 green bell pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lbs. 93/7 ground beef
    1.5 cups frozen corn kernels
    2 cans Hunts Zesty Italian Spaghetti Sauce
    2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes & green chilies
    4 tbsp Joy's Salsa Mix
    2 tbsp. chili powder


Substitute red pepper flakes for Joy's Salsa Mix. You can cook 1 cup pasta and just add when ready to serve.


Brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef and continue to brown. Combine all ingredients into crockpot. Cook for 4 hrs. on low.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1.5 cup servings or * 1 cup servings
