Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Dry Oats
2 Tbsp Stevia
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
5 Tbsp Strawberry Vegan Protein Shake Powder (27g) (Genuine Health Vegan Protein+ is the brand I use)
Wet Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Coconut Milk (Canned is recommended. Creamier)
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Filling
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract (3 tsp)
To sprinkle on top when almost done:
1 Tbsp Hemp Heart Shelled Seeds
Tips
This entire recipe makes FOUR 3x2 inch pieces that are half an inch in height.
Directions
You will need:
1 small bowl
1 medium bowl
A small pot
4x8 inch tray (Optional on the size of tray, but it will change the nutritional value of the individual portion size)
-Mix Dry ingredients in medium bowl
-Mix Wet ingredients in the small bowl
-Pour pre-mixed wet ingredients into small pot and melt it while stirring quickly on high heat until it starts to simmer. Then take it off the burner.
-Pour Heated Wet ingredients into the medium Dry ingredients bowl and MIX QUICKLY
Line tray with parchment paper
Or another option is to squirt spray tray with very small amount coconut oil spray (not included in the nutritional value of this recipe)
Spread out evenly
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of Hemp Heart Seeds on the top the entire recipe
Freeze for 20 minutes
Store in fridge
