Introduction

Basic granola with no added fats. Basic granola with no added fats.

Ingredients

    2.5 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
    1/3 cup raw quinoa
    2 cups walnut pieces
    1 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 225F. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread on two parchment lined half-sheet pans and bake until dry (approximately 75 mins).
