Ingredients

    14 oz drained chunk light tuna
    24 oz cream cheese
    1 tsp your favorite hot sauce (to taste)

Tips

If using as an appetizer, form mixture into a ball place on waxed paper cover well with dried parsley flakes wrap in the waxed paper and place in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving

Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. Drain tuna well and add to cheese Mix till tuna is completely incorporated into cream cheese Place in container and store in refrigerator
