Ingredients

1/4 can tuna, drained
1/2 c. lettuce, washed and dried
3/8 c. watermelon, cubed
1/4 c. papaya, cubed
1/8 c. blueberries, washed
1/8 c. banana, peeled and sliced
1/8 c. grapes, washed
2 pecan halves
1/4 c. nonfat cottage cheese, blended
1/2 tbp. OJ
1/16 tbp. ground cinnamon
**These fruit are interchangable, as long as they all add up to 1 cup per serving***
Directions
*Makes 1 serving*
1. Line a plate, or fancy goblet, if you wicsh, with the leattuce leaves.
2. Arrange the tuna and fruit in a decorative design over the lettuce. Sprinkle the pecans (crush the halves in your hand) over the arrangement.
3. Dressing: Stir together the blended cottage cheese, orange juice, and cinnamon until well mixed. Serve this dressing over the salad.
4. Enjoy!
