Ingredients

    4 wonton wrappers
    1 medium banana
    12 mini marshmallows
    1 tsp cinnamon
4 packets Splenda or other zero-calorie sweetener
    1 tbsp. chopped nuts (I used peanuts/pecans)
    butter spray (such as Parkay)
    cooking spray

Tips

These would be excellent with raisins added into the pie or whipped topping as a topper, but be sure to count your extra calories if you use these! As an alternative to the sweetener, you can also use sugar-free maple syrup.

Directions

1. Chop banana into slices, enough to be evenly distributed into four pies.

2. Spray four sections of a muffin tin with cooking spray, and nestle a wonton wrapper into each section.

3. Place an even amount of banana slices into each wonton pocket.

4. Sprinkle each pie with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, one packet of sweetener, and 1/4 tbsp. of chopped nuts. Spray the top of each pie with about five to seven sprays of butter spray.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.

6. Remove from oven. Place three marshmallows on top of each pie. Return to oven and bake for an additional five minutes or so, until marshmallows are melted and slightly brown.

7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating, but these are best enjoyed warm.
