Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 16 oz pkg of baby carrots
2 (14.5 oz) cans no salt added stewed tomatoes
2 celery stalks sliced
1 16oz bag of frozen bell pepper and onion
1 tsp marjoram
2 bay leaves
1 tsp paprika
1 tablespoon Thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper (course ground)
3 low sodium beef bullion cubes
1/2 cup white flour
dash of salt
3 lbs of thin sliced bottom round (beef)
Directions
put olive oil in bottom of crockpot with a dash of salt
in a freezer bag put in flour half of the pepper half of the garlic and shake well then add meat singley until each piece of meat is covered completely with flour mixture. (save this bag and rest of flour we will use it later)
add meat to bottom of the crock pot.
now add stewed tomatoes (with juices) on top of meat
and then layer peppers and onions and celery and carrots on top
add remaining seasonings on top
now dissolve the 3 broth cubes in 2 cups of hot water
(i use a large mason jar ) then add 2 cups of cold water and remaining flour in the bag shake up well and pour over top.
put the lid on and cook on high for 5-6 hours
or low 8 hours
