1c lentils
1/2c organic raw peanut butter
2c corn
1c peas
1 small onion
5 tomatoes
1 inch fresh organic ginger root
1tsp curry powder
2tsp minced garlic
1tsp tumeric
1tsp chili powder
1tsp cumin
Tips
stir occasionally and add water if needed
Directions
combine onion,ginger,and 3 tomatoes in the blender and 3c water and blend till thoroughly dissolved.
add liquid to pot then add lentils,peas,corn and seasonings to pot
bring to a boil then add peanut butter
reduce to low and cook for 40 minutes
serve by itself or over rice
