1 16oz can Black Beans, rinsed
1 can Diced Tomatoes
4 Tsp. Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup Green Peppers, Chopped
2 tsp Garlic, minced

-Cook rice according to package
-Meanwhile, saute peppers and garlic until slightly brown
