Ingredients

    1 medium zuccini - sliced
    2 cups of roughly chopped cabbage
    3 cups of organic baby spinach
    1 cup of red onion, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1/2 cup of broccoli, chopped
    1 cup of cauliflower, cut
    8 cups of Chicken broth, 99% fat free, organic
    Soy sauce to taste
    chicken boullion to taste
    6 tbsp of egg whites, if desired

Directions

Add chopped vegetables and chicken to broth, heat to boiling then turn down to low and simmer till vegetables are tender. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, and Tamari to taste. Bring soup back to a boil, add egg whites until cooked thoroughly, approximately 3 minutes.
