Ingredients

    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup diced courgette
    1 cup diced pepper
    1 jar (480g) Sainsbury's Creamy Tomato Pasta bake
    2 cans of (100g) Tuna in spring water
    250g of wholewheat fusilli pasta
    6 slices of 'light' cheese

Tips

You can substitute any vege or increase the vege/tuna ration.
Tastes great cold as tuna & pasta salad for lunch on the go.


Directions

cook 250g of wholewheat fusilli pasta
While the pasta is cooking dice a medium courgette, red pepper & medium onion into a casserole dish.
steam in the microwave for 2-4 minutes to soften
add 200g of tuna chunks in springwater and Sainsburys creamy tomato pasta sauce - microwave for 2-4 minutes to warm through.
Add hot cooked pasta and mix through
layer on 6 slices of 'light cheese' and grill for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is nice and brown

Serving Size: Makes 6 small / 4 large servings
