Ingredients

    Sausage-1 lb
    Cheddar cheese-1 cup
    Eggs-10
    Opptional seasonings and veggies

Tips

You can also add a bit of water or milk to the eggs, whatever is to your liking.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F)

Cook and drain sausage.
Press cooked sausage into the bottom of 9x13 casserole dish and top with cheese.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add anything you want from seasonings to veggies.

Pour mixture over top of sausage and cheese

Cook for 30 minutes
