Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups butternut squash puree
    3 large eggs
    1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 Tablespoons brown sugar
    3 packets Stevia powder
    1 Tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon ginger

Tips

Tastes better the next day. Adjust spices and sweetness to your taste.


Directions

Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Beat all ingredients together in medium bowl. Pour into dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Let cool before serving warm or cold.
