Ingredients

    8 bananas
    1.5 cups sugar
    1 cup canola oil
    4 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

Directions

puree or mash bananas well
mix all ingredients together well
pour in jumbo size muffin pans with liners or non stick spray
Cook for 30-45 minutes until done

Serving Size: makes 24 jumbo size muffins
