Ingredients

    1 pkg A Taste of Thai Pad Thai Sauce
    1/2 cup roughly chopped peanuts
    15 oz can bean sprouts
    1.5 cups snow peas, trimmed
    1 small can bamboo shoots
    16 oz bag large shrimp
    2 tbsp canola
    2 tbsp. thai sweet chili sauce
    2-3 tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 small onion chopped

Tips

If you're using rice noodles, soak them at the start of the recipe according to their package directions. Add rice noodles to vegetables after they are medium tender.


Directions

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink. Add vegetables and garlic and cook until medium tender. Add sauce and chili sauce. Add peanuts last. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 one cup servings
