Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can Rotel Chili's & Tomatoes
    1 can (2 cups) Swanson Low sodium Beef Broth

Tips

Use low sodium cans whenever possible. This makes a hearty soup that can easily be a main dish.


Directions

Brown 1 pound of ground beef. Drain & Rinse black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans & corn. Add to pot. Dump in tomatoes, Rotel, beef broth, taco seasoning & ranch seasoning. Heat until desired temperature.
