Ingredients

    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    .25 C. chopped pecans
    1 banana, lightly mashed
    1 C. flour (.50 whole wheat & .50 AP)
    1 TBSP. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    .25 tsp. baking soda
    1 scoop whey protein isolate, vanilla
    .25 tsp. salt
    1 C. milk, nonfat
    1 egg
    2 TBSP. canola oil

Directions

Combo flour, whey protein, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat milk, egg, and oil. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cook on preheated griddle.
