Ingredients

4 c. Broccoli, cut into bite-sized spears
4 c. Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized clusters
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp. Lite Salt
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Tips
For easier clean up you could cover your baking pan with foil.
Experiment with flavors! Lemon pepper is really great!
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss raw, cut, broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, onion powder and garlic powder until all pieces are evenly coated.
On a baking pan with sides (jelly-foll pan), spread broccoli and cauliflower out in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1c. servings
