Introduction

Got this from a friend and made it my own. This is a staple in our house, the crust keeps the chicken super moist. Got this from a friend and made it my own. This is a staple in our house, the crust keeps the chicken super moist.

Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 cup finely crushed pretzels
    • ¼ cup almond meal (ground almonds)
    • 1 tsp thyme
    • ½ tsp pepper
    • 4 chicken breast halves

Directions

• In a shallow bowl, combine the butter & garlic powder.
• In another shallow bowl, combine the pretzels, pecans & pepper.
• Dip chicken into the butter mixture, then roll in pretzel mixture.
• Place in a greased baking dish.
• Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
