1oz pkg Jell-O Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding
Zest from 1 Lime
Juice from 1 Lime
1 8oz container Cool Whip Lite
4oz 1% Lactose Free Milk
2-3 tsp Splenda
1oz Tequila (opt)
Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps
8-10 6" tortillas
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Splenda
Cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cinnamon and Splenda. Cut tortillas in wedges, place on cookie sheets, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with cinnamon "sugar". Bake for 5-8min until crispy.
Mix pudding mix with lime zest, lime juice, Splenda, tequila, and milk. Fold in cool whip and combine well.
