Ingredients

    1 t butter
    1 c chopped onion
    28 oz can pork & beans (4 cups)
    1/2 c water
    2 T ketchup
    2 t Dijon mustard
    1/2 t chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through.

Serving Size: makes 7 2/3 cup servings
