    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cup
    Wheat germ, crude, .25 cup
    Millet, .5 cup
    Nuts - Walnuts - Diamond Finely Diced, 0.75 cup
    Pumpkin Seeds, .5 cup
    Honey, 1.0 cup
    Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates, 1.0 cup

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray.
Bake everything except dates in oven at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Add dates after cooking.
