Ingredients

Blend together:
1.5 cups of flour
3 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of sugar (calculated to 6 tsp)
Combine:
1.5 cups of white milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup of grapeseed oil (or melted butter/margarine)
Tips
I usually use a large glass measuring bowl. I then just measure from the side and pour the (1.5 cups) milk and then the oil to make up to 2 cups. Then I pour the rest of the liquid ingredients and then all the dry ingredients into the same bowl and then use my electric beater to mix until smooth.
Directions
Add liquid to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake of batter in preheated oiled pan (I use a pancake smiley pan from Costco, so I just pour until the little faces are filled). Bake pancakes until surface is covered with bubbles and the edges lose their gloss. Turn and bake until golden brown.
Serving Size: 12 (4 inch) pancakes or 24 (2 3/4 inch) smiley pancake pan or can use for waffles and makes about 3 (9inch) waffles
