Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 banana
    1 med grapefruit
    1/4 c strawberries
    1/4 c blueberries
    1/2 c unsweetened almond/coconut milk
    1 med Granny Smith apple (incl. skin)
    1Tbs lemon juice

Tips

When ready to drink add milk and banana to 1c of fruit mixture
(can make fruit in large batches - leave out banana and milk) and refrigerate in zip lock bag)


Directions

Blend fruit (not including banana) in Ninja type Blender to pulverize fruit skin/pulp for smooth smoothie refrigerate in zip lock bag- remove air. When ready to drink add milk and banana to 1c of fruit mixture
