Introduction

Ingredients

    Pasta Zero, (1 package)

    1 TBSP Unsalted Butter
    1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 OZ Green Peppers (Fresh or Frozen)
    1 PK Sweet N Low
    1 TBS Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    Already Roasted Broccoli Flower Clusters

    2 OZ Already Peeled and Deveined Shrimp ( had the smaller ones)

Tips

As Pasta Zero tends to have a 'chewy' texture and a 'fishy' smell, rinse well first, then when stir frying, make sure to check texture until it is to you liking.


Directions

Rinse Pasta Zero in running water for 2 minutes.

Set aside.

Over Med-High heat, heat olive oil and butter.

When hot, stir in Pasta Zero.

Toss. Add the peppers, broccoli, sweet n low and soy sauce.

Stir fry (continually move for 5-7 minutes) until all is heated through.

Separate into 2 containers, top with 1 oz of the shrimp, each.
