Introduction
A recipe I learned by watching my mom at countless barbecues. A recipe I learned by watching my mom at countless barbecues.Number of Servings: 7
Ingredients
-
3 lbs of Ground Beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
6 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp of Tony Chacheres Cajun Spice or one of your choosing
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
8 hamburger buns
Tips
Do not smoosh the patties on the grill!! This reduces the juiciness of your burger!
Dent your patties with a spoon or your thumb. This should help prevent your patties from shrinking.
Directions
Preparing the hamburgers:
1. Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to mush together.
2. Create your own size patties. They can be any size that you really want. I made 7.
On the barbecue:
1. Heat to about 500 degrees.
2. Spray the rack with your choice of nonstick spray.
3. Place your pre-made patties on the pit and use your own judgement on how much you flip them. We flipped them about 4 times, total.
