Ingredients

    1 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Brown Rice Flour
    1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Flour Mix
    3/4 cup GF uncooked quick-cooking grits
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 ripe mashed bananas
    3/4 cup fresh blueberries
    2 large Eggland's Best eggs
    1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients.
Grease loaf pan with olive oil.
Bake for 1 hour.

Serving Size: makes 10 slices
