Ingredients

    - 4 pieces Black Tie Ono
    - 1/2 Cup Aloha Shoyu
    - 1/2 Cup Mirin
    - 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
    - 2 teaspoons finely chopped Garlic
    - 2 teaspoons finely chopped Ginger
    - lemon juice (to cut the fishiness)

Directions

Marinade fish for an hour. Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Place marinated fish into foil pouches. Place on baking sheet & cook for 35 mins. Remove from oven & squeeze lemon juice over each piece of fish to cut the fishiness.
