    1 Zucchini
    1 Yellow Squash
    2 Roma Tomatoes
    1 Bell pepper
    1 Red/White Onion
    Cheddar Cheese


Add thyme or any other herbs and spices you like as you're placing the vegetables around the pan.


Cook chopped onions and place at the bottom of a deep dish pan. Slice zucchini, squash, bell pepper, and tomatoes and place them on top of the onions. Sprinkle some cheese on top and place in 400 degree oven for 30 mins. Remove, sprinkle a bit more cheese, change the oven to broil and put back in oven for 5-10 mins.
