Ingredients

    Oat Bran, 1 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packed
    Ginger, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1/4tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp
    *Milk, 2%, 3/4 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed (2 medium) or 1 cup pumpkin pack
    *Egg white, 2 serving

Directions

--pre-heat oven to 400*
have dry stuff and wet stuff in seperate bowls. add dry stuff to wet stuff and mix well.
spray non-stick oil then fill 12 muffin cups, then bake for 20 minutes. let cool. muffin papers not recommended.
Can add 1 to 2 cups diced fresh apples, or grated carrots, or rehydrated mixed friuts,or 1 cup choc.chips.
