Ingredients

    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 lb italian sausage meat
    1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar 2%
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 pepper
    1/2 onion powder (or i used dried onions)

Tips

i put the meatballs on a slotted pan with a bottom so any fat will drip down


Directions

mix together all ingredients, bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 22 meatballs - 1 serving is 4 meatballs
