Introduction

Super quick and light summer meal for your grill. Super quick and light summer meal for your grill.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

4 3.5 oz Tilapia Filets (I use frozen, fresh will work, too)
    2 T Olive Oil
    2-3 T Lemon Juice
1 clove of garlic, finley chopped
2 T fresh cilantro, well chopped
2 tsp kosher salt (regular table should work, but I prefer the thick kosher salt)
    Black pepper to taste preference

Directions

Place all of the ingredients (except fish) in a large ziplock bag. Close the bag and shake them around a bit to mix.

Put fish filets into bag and coat well.

Put tin-foil onto the grill (as fish sticks and Tilapia rips easily!) and preheat to medium-low heat.

Cook 3-4 minutes on each side (depending on thickness of the fillets).

Recipe is enough to coat 4 Tilapia fillets (maybe more, but the recipe is figured for 4).
