Ingredients

    1 15 oz Can Corn (drained)
    1 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
    1 15 oz Can White or Red Kidney Beans
    1 15 oz Can Black Beans
    1 7 oz can Diced Green Chiles
    8 oz Water
    1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
    1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
    1 teaspoon Cumin
    1 teaspoon Mild Chili Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper


Tips

With the sodium in the cans used, salt is not necessary for this recipe.


Directions

Brown Beef or turkey. Combined all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil. Simmer on low 30-60 minutes. Can also be simmered all day on low in crock pot.
