Ingredients

    Kale, 2 cup, chopped into bite-size pieces
    Nature's Way Pure Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 0.5 lime yields
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Diamond Sliced Almond, 0.125 cup
    Feta Cheese, 0.5 oz

Directions

- finely chop garlic and ginger
- combine olive oil, lime juice in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.
- combine garlic, ginger, coconut oil into frying pan over medium heat. Saute for 2 minutes.
- add kale & mix/coat with coconut oil thoroughly & saute until kale turns a vibrant green
- transfer kale into the bowl with the olive oil/lime dressing & coat thoroughly.
