Ingredients

    4 T. Butter
    4 T. Flour
    2 C. Nonfat Milk

Tips

Any time you cook milk too high too fast you can curdle the milk so be careful.


Directions

Melt butter in medium kettle.
Remove from heat.
Add flour and stir to blend; no lumps.
Add milk and cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
When starts to bubble, cook 1 more minute, stirring constantly.
