Introduction

Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 6 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Aroy-D Coconut Milk, 2 serving (remove)
    Maesri Sweet Thai Noodle Sauce, 1 serving (remove)
    Bahn Cuon Kho - Rice Flakes - Rice Noodles, 2 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    *Pepper (Finger), 2 serving (remove)
    *Season Sauce Golden Mountain 1TBSP=1 serv, 1 serving (remove)
    *Fish Sauce, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Rooster Brand Superior Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)

Tips

I will add tbsp of of curry paste e.g., Prik Khing if I have it. You can substitute proteins and veggies. Goes well with long beans, carrots, broccoli and squash.


Directions

Stir fry everything but coconut milk and noodles, in batches if necessary, at highest heat to get nice browning.

Cook noodles, they should roll up into little cigars. When done add them and coconut milk, bring to heat.
