Ingredients

    13 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
    10 oz frozen, cut spinach, thawed
    4 oz crumbled feta cheese
    9 Tbs liquid egg whites (equivalent of 3 large eggs)
    2 tsp oregano
    1 Tbs garlic salt
    1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Grease slow cooker and place loaf in. Cook on low for 8 hours. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve.
