Ingredients

    1-1/2 tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup sifted, self-rising flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Spray a square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Melt butter. Beat eggs until frothy in a mixing bowl. Add melted butter, sifted flour, milk, sugar, and salt. Mix well. Pour into glass baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Do Not open the oven while baking. Serve immediately with syrup or jelly.
