Ingredients


    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    *Ghee, 6 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 1cup
    Almonds, 8 almond
    Cardamom 5 pods-crushed
    Carrots, 1 lb grated

Tips

Use big carrots no need for baby carrots. Use food processor to grate them , it will save you lot of time.


Directions

Cook grated carrots in milk until very soft. Add suger and cook until water is evaporated. Add ghee and stir until ghee is melted and halwa looks glossy. Sprinkle crushed cardamom and slivered almonds and enjoy.
