Ingredients

    2 15 oz cans Red enchilada sauce
    3 cups Chicken stock
    2 medium bonless skinless breasts
    2 tbs dehydrated minced onion
    1 tbs powdered adobo
    1/2 c instant masa

Directions

simmer the breasts in the enchilada sauce, broth and spices. When the chicken is cooked, remove and shred. Add the corn flour and use an immersion blender to combine. Add the shredded chicken back in and let simmer a little while till it is thick and hot.
