Ingredients

    banana, one-half medium,
    Oatmeal, Raw 2 tbsp,
    Valrhona Cocoa, pure 100%, 2 tbsp
    Coconut Meat, Shredded, Raw, 2 Tbsp
    tjs frozen mango chunks 1/2 cup
    Sugar, Organics Organic Evaporated Cane Juice Sugar, 1 tsp

    1/2 cup whole milk
    1/2 cup Coconut Water

Tips

I make 6 or 7 at a time, I have a quick on the go breakfast made for a week!


Directions

add all non liquid ingredients to your Bullet cup, freeze with the cap on until ready to add the liquid and blend.

I vary the fruit, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.
